Bhanu Electronics is an E-Commerce Service Provider registered in the State of Telangana, India. We operate websites on behalf of our resellers. Our services include the provision and use of the Website, hereinafter refered as "SERVICES".

Goods once sold can not be returned back

We ensure that quality goods are delivered. However, shipping issues may occur which are out of our control.
Irrespective of whether the shipped material is damaged or not, refund of money is solely our discretion.
Irresepctive of whether the delivered material is of good quality or not, refund of money is solely our descretion.
In rare cases, based on your claim, we may refund whole or part of the order amount depending on our discretion.
However, you can contact us by sending mail with pictures of delivered material from your registered mail address mentioning your contact details.
We will inform you how to send back the delivered material. If we are satisfied with your request, we may return whole or part of the order amount.
There is no specific time limit for returning back your amount.
 
You agree that it is not a binding and the decision to refund your money is solely with us.
