The Terms of Use is a legally binding agreement made between us(Bhanu Electronics) and you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (hereinafter referred as "YOU") and concerning your access to and use of the SERVICES. YOU agree that by accessing the SERVICES, YOU have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF USE, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THESE SERVICES.
YOU must not indulge in any activities that spoil the reputation of the website.
The Financial transactions(payment through third party payment gateway) of the website must not be decoded and used for financial benefits. Accessing the SERVICES through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script or otherwise is strictly prohibited. YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM DOING SUCH THINGS.
YOU must not hack the website even for ethical purposes and YOU must not use or share any loopholes in the website operation.

We may, in our sole discretion, modify the Terms of Use. In such case, we will update the new terms and conditions on any part of the SERVICE. YOU are advised to check the “Last Update” heading in the policies web pages time to time.
YOU acknowledge that all articles of the SERVICE, including, but not limited to, the Website design, Application design, graphics, text, sounds, pictures, and other files and the selection and arrangement thereof (collectively, “ARTICLES”), are the property of Company and are protected by copyright laws.
Once an order is placed after successful completion of purchase, it can not be cancelled. Due to technical issues, if an order is not recorded in our database even after payment, the amount will be credited to your account strictly based on the payment processor returning the transaction amount.
In case of any dispute, controversy or claim brought by either YOU or us (individually, a “PARTY” and collectively, the “PARTIES”), negotations will be commenced. Before initiating arbitration or litigation, the PARTIES agree to first attempt to negotiate any dispute for at least thirty (30) days.
If the PARTIES are unable to resolve a dispute through negotiations, YOU hereby agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of HYDERABAD, State: TELANGANA Country: INDIA in relation to any dispute which may arise in connection with these Terms of Use and/or YOUR use of the SERVICES.
ANY ILLEGAL USE OF THE SERVICES RESULTING IN TAX EVASION, MONEY LAUNDERING OR ANY OTHER FORM OF MALPRACTICE IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED
